Compass Group launches its largest commercial initiative to date with OBOS at Hammersborg Torg
Compass Group Norway has signed a comprehensive agreement with OBOS to operate coworking and integrated services at Hammersborg Torg in central Oslo. The venture marks the company's largest commercial investment to date.

The agreement includes the INC. workplace concept, catering, community management, bar reception, meeting host services and cleaning. In the main building, Hammersborg Torg 1, Compass Group will deliver a comprehensive range of services adapted to the ambitions of the property owner and the development of the area.
Hammersborg Torg, former head office of OBOS, is now being transformed into a modern and vibrant urban quarter in a rapidly developing district. Starting in January 2027, the project will help to establish the area as an attractive and forward-looking meeting place for working life and business.
- This is not just a new project for us. It's our biggest commercial venture to date. We have already established INC. as a well-functioning and successful coworking concept, and Hammersborg Torg gives us a strategic platform for further growth in central Oslo. We go into this with a clear ambition to take a leading position and develop an attractive meeting place for tenants and businesses in the area," says Marius Pedersen, Chief Commercial Officer of Compass Group Norway.
