On our website we have a job portal, where you can subscribe to vacancies and register as a job seeker. The job portal is provided by TeamTailor, which is responsible for the processing of your data. The personal data collected will include e-mail address, name, gender, year of birth, telephone number, home address, whether you have a work and residence permit in Norway, language skills, whether you have a driving license, and other personal data. Our data processing
The data you post on our social media pages, such as comments, videos, photos, likes, public messages, etc. are processed by the social media platform and are at no time used or processed by us for other purposes. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The data processing is carried out for the purpose of our public contact and communication. We may delete content if necessary and we may share the content on our website and communicate with you through the platform.
If you send us a request through social media, we will refer you to more secure communication methods as appropriate. The choice of communication channel is your responsibility.
As already mentioned, where the operator of the social media platform gives us the opportunity, we ensure that our social media pages are designed to comply with data protection legislation as far as possible.
With regard to statistics provided to us by the operator of the social media platform, we have only limited influence over the generation of the statistics and cannot disable them. However, we make sure that we do not receive any additional optional statistics
We use anonymous audience definitions provided by the platform operators for advertising purposes. You can revoke your consent to such advertising through the Platform's options. Sometimes we use information about visits to other websites (remarketing) for audience definition. We obtain consent from users in advance and inform them about the data processing. You can revoke your consent within our cookie policy. We do not use target group definition based on location data. We never pass on personal data to the operator of the social media platform during targeting.

Duration of data storage

The platform operator may use web tracking methods regardless of whether you have an account on the social media platform or not. We have limited influence over these methods and do not disable them. Please note that platform operators may use your profile and behavioral data for analytics purposes beyond our control
